  • The Artemis Monthly Distribution Fund is run by four managers. On the equity side are Jacob de Tush-Lec and James Davidson, who also head up Artemis’ Global Income strategy. Managing the fixed income element are David Ennett and Jack Holmes, who both co-manage Artemis’ global high-yield strategies.
  • The team is supported by Josh Passmore, investment director, who focuses on Artemis' Income, Global Income and Monthly Distribution strategies.
  • “The reality is that I sit five metres away from Jacob, James and Josh and this allows us to have very nimble and quick discussions around where we see relative opportunities and how best to implement them in the portfolio,” said Holmes.
  • “When I compare this approach to many of our multi-asset peers, who run global investment committees, invest in thousands of securities and complex derivative instruments and are managed using siloed approaches, this simplicity and ability to make good decisions quickly is a hugely beneficial diversifier,” he added.

Combined, the four managers have 94 years of investment experience.

Jacob de Tush-Lec has managed the fund since launch in May 2012.

In September 2021 James Davidson became co-manager, while in September 2022 Ennett and Holmes were added as co-managers.
